Mills, MD (October 16, 2006) – Chesapeake Interlink, Ltd., d.b.a.
Needles, released its latest version, Needles 4.65, today. The
new upgrade includes modifications to over 30 areas of the program
and includes many “wishlist” items submitted by current Needles’
users. Most notably, the program now contains a time-tracking
module and bidirectional interface with the QuickBooks®
accounting software. These items will allow clients to more
easily track, record and update case expense information from
within their Needles program.

Burton L. Bank feels that “version 4.65 is probably the largest
upgrade we have done in a long time. Although it contains certain
new concepts, the important thing to look for here is the ‘Clean
Sweep’ that we have performed on some of our basic areas. Using
our client wishlist suggestions as a starting point, we modified
and upgraded our calendar, checklist and document creation and
generation areas. Another major improvement is our new and
exciting integration with QuickBooks. For the first time, our
clients will have the option of using a QuickBooks link that will
bring them much closer to a full-blown accounting system.
