Mary Ellen Bellusci, Vice President of Needles, is responsible for overseeing business policies and practices, leading and supporting the organizational budgeting process, administering employee benefits, and helping to steer the direction of the Needles software products. In her position as Director of Marketing, Mary Ellen was instrumental in positioning Needles, Inc. to become one of the leading providers of case management software for law firms.
As Marketing Director, Mary Ellen managed all corporate marketing and communications activities, promotional materials, media placement, advertising, online marketing strategies, Needles client meetings and industry trade show involvement. By developing effective client communication, Mary Ellen was able to increase the prospective client base, increasing event attendance, by more than 95%, and more than doubling website traffic.
Mary Ellen Bellusci graduated from the Honors College at Towson University with a degree in both Communications and English. Prior to joining Needles in 2002, she worked as an Account Executive and Marketing Assistant for an international travel assistance company where she managed contracts and case summaries, developed marketing communications materials, managed contacts and gained customer relationship development experience.
