Paresky, National Sales Manager
Richard Paresky
joined the Needles team in 1996, bringing with him over thirty years
of Sales and Marketing experience to the Chesapeake Interlink
Management Team. During that time, he worked as both a Buyer and
National Sales Manager for a variety of product lines including
designer and name brand retail clothing items. Throughout his
career, Paresky has remained goal-oriented and consistent. As a
result, he earned numerous sales management awards for performance
and achievement. Prior to working for Needles, Paresky launched a
successful Internet medical equipment sales company. As National
Sales Manager, Paresky directs the yearly Needles’ client UserGroup
sessions, meets with various national and regional legal groups,
presents Needles at legal trade shows and educates attorneys
regarding the benefits of case management software. He is also
actively involved with the company’s marketing and advertising
initiatives and works to integrate client feature requests into
future versions of Needles. Paresky has attended the yearly
meetings of numerous associations of Trial Lawyers, spoken on case
management to a variety of attorneys and legal groups and
participates in several accredited national CLE meetings.
An international traveler, he has visited the Far East, Middle East
and Europe. His other interests include boating, visiting the
beach, reading, attending museum, contemporary and modern art
exhibit openings, the theatre and the symphony. A passionate chef,
Paresky has also taken classes at the French Culinary Institute. He
participates in the yearly fundraising events for the East End
Hospice and is involved with both the A.I.D.S. Walk and The Women’s
Breast Cancer Foundation in New York City.
