Michael I. Snyder,
Administrative Director:
Prior to joining Needles, Michael Snyder owned and managed an air
conditioning, heating and plumbing business. When he came to
Chesapeake Interlink, Ltd., Snyder’s professional background
included extensive experience in marketing and advertising and
advanced computer and software skills. After selling his business
to a large international company, Snyder joined Chesapeake Interlink
as Executive Director in 1999. After his responsibilities expanded,
Snyder became the company’s Administrative Director. He now serves
as the Director of the Needles Training Program, supervises the
Programming and Technical Support departments and manages all
company administrative and human resource activities. Snyder also
enjoys an active role with the company’s advertising, marketing and
sales departments. He once likened his job to that of a Foreman at
a construction site stating, “My job is to make everything come
together at the right time and at the right place.” During his free
time, Snyder enjoys boating and is a Certified Flight Instructor.
He has also taught night school in the Baltimore County, Maryland
Adult Education system.
