OWINGS MILLS, MD — Needles, Inc. is proud to announce the promotions of Jesse Giguere to Director of Support and Bill Goodwin to Director of Conversions. Both Giguere and Goodwin have proven records of success at Needles, Inc.
Giguere has been with the company for thirteen years. Since joining Needles, Inc., he has taken on roles of increasing responsibility. Most recently, Giguere was Technical Support Manager, leading the Technical Support Department and setting support goals and direction, always ensuring that Needles operates from a “client first” standpoint. In his new role, he will guide our team of training and technical support staff, set quality control parameters, and ensure that all staff are properly trained.
Goodwin has been with Needles, Inc. for four years. He has been instrumental in fine tuning the process of converting data from other programs into Needles. He developed a proven process of client communication and data manipulation to ensure that each client conversion is smooth. In his new role, Goodwin will set policies and processes for client data conversions.
